Julian has had over 10 years of experience in the creative industry, and is now responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and brand management for Quintessentially. Born in Austria, he grew up in the US before moving to the UK in early 2009 and joining Quintessentially.
Al WalkerGraphic Designer
Al grew up in Zimbabwe, went to school in England and then moved to New Zealand to attend their Design and Arts College. Whilst there, he ran a collaborative design studio from laptops on picnic tables in an old wool shed. Five years on, he’s back in London specialising in branding, typography and social media for Quintessentially Design.
Giorgio CriscioneSenior Print Designer & Illustrator
Giorgio gained a first class masters degree from The Milan University of Design and has worked internationally, from Milan and Ragusa to London, Kuala Lumpur and Ibiza. Giorgio specialises in digital illustration and print design and is also a talented artist who enjoys drawing and painting.
Kirill GarbarWeb Developer and System Administrator
Kirill grew up in Estonia, before studying Computer Programming in St. Petersburg, Russia and eventually moving to London. He has over 10 years experience in computer security analytics and specialises in site architecture and network infrastructure.

Our Video Producer, Poppy, has a passion for current affairs and lifestyle and is always on the lookout for new ideas for editorial and creative features for Quintessentially. Responsible for the start to finish production of all TV projects, she likes to get involved.
Chris CharalambousSenior Designer & Photographer
Gaining a first in Photography and Design, Chris won the London Photographic Association Award and Directors Prize in the process. He ran a photographic and design studio in London for 5 years and worked for NME, Virgin Music and Polo Ralph Lauren before joining Quintessentially Design in 2009, heading the creative team.
Jennifer HaggartProject Manager
Jennifer graduated with a first class degree in advertising and worked for 5 years as an illustrator and designer. Armed with this, acute organisational skills and a passion for list writing and post-it notes, she orchestrates the agency effortlessly.

Jag is an award winning designer with a Masters in Communication Design from St. Martin’s College. With almost a decade of experience in the design industry, Jag understands a client’s needs and requirements and his specialty is pitching creative ideas.

Ganesh is our resident genius. Having graduated with a first class degree in Biotechnology , he went on to gain a masters in E-Business and Innovation. He began his career working freelance, before joining Quintessentially Design in early 2011 to head up our team of web developers.
Ben Hartley- MarjoramChief Animator and Editor
Animator and Editor in chief, Ben likes to ‘make things move’. Ben graduated with a first in Illustration with Animation from Manchester University and is able to put his creative touch on all varieties of projects, from 3D animation graphics to narrative. Detail obsessed, no design goes out until he is 100% happy.
Susannah GrantDigital Marketing Manager
Susannah gained a first class degree in English Language and Communication in the heart of London at King’s College. With a passion for writing and an interest in the digital world, she decided to enter the world of advertising. After a full time digital marketing job at global ad agency Ogilvy, Susannah plunged into client-side at Quintessentially, working across all 34 companies.
